Home > FAQ
Q. What happens after I contact you?

A. Firstly we come visit you at home or on site free of charge. We assess your garden or landscape for possibilities and/or constraints. If you have an idea on what you want from your garden, excellent, but if you aren't sure, no problem, that's what we are for. We are friendly and professional and want to make sure you get the most out of your garden for your money.

Q. Do I need a garden designed?

A. Not in all cases. We would always promote it, as any number of concepts and revisions can be made. Once you commit to installation, it could become expensive to add/change elements of the garden. With a design you can get it just right and get a feel for it before it is built. Construction drawings are a scaled plan with exact measurements that specify to the landscaper precisely what needs to be built and where.

Q. What skills and experience do you have?

A. Our designers have a Foundation Degree in the Science of Garden Design (FdSc), which provides adequate knowledge to deal with plants, materials and all operations. We will also be taking a Bachelor of Science Degree next year to further the possibilities and expand. We’ve had plenty of experience in landscaping and our landscape contractors have over 20 years experience - you're in safe hands.

Q. I would like my garden designed now, but can it be built next year?

A. Yes of course. Just come back to us when you are ready and our contractors will be ready to install it. You may also be at an advantage as you have time to think about exactly how you want it, or how you want to use it.

Q. I have three young children and a dog - can I still have the garden I want?

A. We are trained to make the right decision and tackle any problem. Your garden can be functional or purely for aesthetics, either way it can be for the whole family to enjoy and we will advise you by making suggestions and showing you a range of materials that are suitable for your requirements. We will work with you.

Q. Where do the materials used come from?

A. We obtain our materials from regular and trusted manufactures and distributors in the UK, unless specially ordered. This ensures that they are of the highest standard of quality.

Q. So, how much does it cost?

A. It all depends on what you require, every garden is different so quotes are customised specifically to what needs to be done. We always quote you fairly and you are not obliged to go ahead with it. You will be informed on all of the costs before any work is undertaken.
